Lemon and Coconut Cupcakes with a Twist.



This is my standard Sour Cream Cupcake recipe with the addition of coconut, lemon curd and lemon zest.
For the icing, I put lemon curd down  one side of the icing bag and filled the rest with Cream Cheese icing ( also with lemon curd in it.)

Delicious!!

I love the yellow swirl .
