Carrie's Chai Cake

A very dear friend of mine turned 39 last week. 

Another excuse to make a  cake!!!

I decided to make her a Chai cake with honey and ginger cream icing.

She loved it.

My friend loved the cake so much that she even presented me with this fine trophy!!!!

What a legend!!
