Gluten free Mandarin and white chocolate cake

This mandarin and white chocolate cake was based on my 

Mandarin cupcake recipe. 

I simply replaced the flour with White wings Gluten Free plain flour and added half a cup of melted white chocolate into the mixture with a handful of chopped white chocolate for good measure. Too easy.
